- Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful
- The room was great and clean, the beds were comfortable and breakfast was wonderful
- If you like overcooked, warm food you will like it. I, however, prefer my food hot off the stove and not with a crust on scrambled eggs or around the edges of the sausage. Lukewarm, weak coffee is also not my favorite.

- The food was inedible. Every morning the same. They didn't seem to care. It ended up in the trash.Extra coffee pods for the room were only available in decaf. Yuk! Again, they didn't care.There was an odor like something died in the bathroom, I complained, and they did nothing to correct it. I had to leave the bathroom door closed with the fan on the whole three day stay.
