Off US-202, this relaxed all-suite hotel is 5 miles from Valley Forge National Historical Park and 8 miles from the vintage Colonial Theater. We're also just 25 miles from downtown Philadelphia. The low-key 1- and 2-bedroom suites feature kitchens, separate living areas with pull-out sofas, and flat-screen TVs with cabled channels, plus free Wi-Fi. The hotel has a 24/7 gym, a seasonal outdoor pool and a sports court, as well as a BBQ area. Other amenities include a business center, plus a 24-hour laundry facility and bookable meeting space. Guests can access our guest house/lobby, which has lots of public seating, during office hours. Feel free to bring your whole family down for a big family dinner or get your group together for a pizza party. The fitness center and laundry facilities are open 24/7, just use your room key for access. Ask about our tiered pricing for any stay longer than 30 days!! Long-term stays over 30 nights will have an additional utility charge of $400-$415 on a monthly basis.

Pros +
- Lots of space. We brought our 25 yr old son to visit family with us and he had his own BR and BA. Also picked up some eggs and other food items and enjoyed my breakfasts more than high price dining out for breakfast
- Single townhouse units parking in front of unit nice,
- Spacious with small kitchen.
Cons -
- The alarm clock in the MBR was too bright. Had to put it under the bed. No USB ports but brought my charging adapters so I was fine.
- Staff could be friendlier
- Shabby and not very clean
