- The staff was friendly, courteous, professional and helpful.
- I went to this hotel for a party in Johnstown. The party was at the ball room in the hotel.
- The staff worked with me when I made an error on what number my room was. There were no issues and I did apologize for the confusion on my behalf but they worked with me
Cons -
- Was charged money after my stay and tried to talk to someone and I was hung up on and told to hold then no one ever came back
- The shower, I couldn't raise my arms. I'm 5'11.
