- We are loyal customers at Holiday Inn Express hotels. Location convenient to shopping and the university which we came to see.
- Peaceful and staff was polite and helpful .

Cons -
- shower did not drain at all, overflowed onto entire bathroom floor and used bandaid floating in the water. There were clumps of hair in the corners of the toilet area. Walls had stains on them.
- The cleanliness could have been better, elevator floor was dirty, tv in the room has dirty streak marks so did the headboard, bathroom floor and shower floor was also not the cleanest. Toilet rocked when you sat on it. Pool room was way too hot.
