- rooms were nice, breakfast and staff were good.
- The location was perfect, only 5 minutes from the park and chocolate world. The pool was nice but a little cold and the breakfast and staff was amazing.

- Pool not working properly. That's the reason we picked the hotel. The pool, for our grandchildren. We were told by the front desk that the manger when called was told the pool was ok to swim in. When we went to the pool, it was obvious that the filtration system was not working. There were hair and other things floating on top of the pool. We were not even able to see the bottom of the pool. Very disappointing.
- The pool was a little cold for me personally but my kids still had fun and the shower water pressure was somewhat low.
