- Did not get the balcony I expected. The mattresses were very shocked. Poor experience.
- Arrived at 8 PM after a long day no remote for the TV in the room no microwave no mini fridge was told that I should not expect them in the hotel room by the front desk received the remote went up to my room still no signal no TV
- Dirty and moldy bathroom. Carpet gross and had areas that were wet. This was rated 3.5 stars and only reason I booked. Will never stay here again. Rating was very misleading and would appreciate a refund or credit.
