- The staff is very good, nice , respectful , comprehensive. It was a great experience to be there. And housekeeping are so professional.

- I walked in the room it was ice cold I went to turn the heat up and it was at 99 still cold. And I went to put my stuff down on the table pull the chair out to sit down the back of it was broke off and it was looked like it had mayonnaise all over it look. Went to the front desk nobody answered for about 10 minutes. They did give me a different room but it was not adequate either so another room later I finally just an f if stayed. And to take a shower reach them go to town the towel rack fell down on the floor. Went to tell a minute to this way if another 10 or 15 minutes please showed up talking about it he says well we don't have a maintenance program here. Well no s***. Somebody needs to call the health department up there and get them shut down. I don't even do it myself. Oh yeah I couldn't get a refund even though it was sucked so I had to stay or they stole my money either way. Did not take photos why place was crap definitely nothing to ride home about.
