- The whirlpool was not working. Children running around halls and jumping in the pool unsupervised. Adults drinking in the pool area. Staff didn't seem to care what anyone did.
- I did not like that the room will only be cleaned if you call the main desk. I was not told that at checkin, but was expected to read that on a sticker on the bathroom mirror. The shower head was 'pink' from not being cleaned and the shower drain was bad
