- the location was fine, the staff were non chalet and did not go above and beyond to make the guests feel welcome. The hotel put minimal efforts into cleaning, supplies, and over all customer service was lacking.

- I went with several guests and we ordered out one day and the hotel staff was very rude when asking for silverware to use. it was not made very clear on the website that outside food was frowned upon.
- Very small room and no restroom and show room in the room only two public rest and shower room thanks
- The place is run down rooms are very very small and very old no heat windows are all old and falls if apart food was tasteless I will never stay there again I was afraid ther barley and locks in doors doors were very old and broken bathrooms are repair
