- The pool was warm and immaculate. Staff at the front desk was so helpful after I called to tell him that I left and expensive water bottle in the refrigerator. Great people!
- Very nice lady at check-in. Easy to find, very clean, and friendly staff. Comfy beds Breakfast was good~~a nice variety of food. Would definitely stay here again.

- The pool was frigid!
- Yes, first off the bed was absolutely like laying on a hard table ! Second the bathroom was in real need of work the wallpaper was bubbled up the glass on shower looked as it had not been clean as well as the floor stuff between the cracks .
- Wedding block at The Hampton Inn in Somerset at $---/night was sold out. So, we had to stay at this hotel in Bedford & it was far & inconvenient. We missed most of the wedding. We should have only been charged $-- rather than the $--- ra
