- The price was very competitive and the location was perfect for parusing the cute little town of Roseburg.

- There was no hot water during my stay, which made showers very uncomfortable. The internet was absolutely useless. slow and unreliable, to the point where it was impossible to work or even browse. On top of that, the room had a strong smell of humidity,
- The facet drain was jammed and the room did not have a Microwave or a Fridge.
