Sheraton Portland Airport Hotel

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.

I requested earlier check in and I was told it was only for members but staff did not offer to tell how to become a member. I would have like to be offered opportunity.

The room was clean

Way to expensive paid 250 a night and was told that their was complimentary breakfast apon arrival was told that it wasn't complimentary when ask for coffee was told that it was a five dollar charge for a cup of coffee you would figure that this type of place at least the coffee would be free when we used the coffee in the room we went to go get some more for us we got told that it would be an extra charge for the price we paid you would figure that the coffee would be free. The roo was to have a sofa bed but that was not the case when brought to the attention of the front desk they in formed me that it was all they had and I was free to seek lodging else where. The staff took no Initiative in the fact to help. Was very disappointed in the fact that they were even trying to make the effort

The Sheraton is in a great location near the Portland Airport with an excellent shuttle service. The restaurant has a good food and drink selection. They printed out my boarding pass. There is no cellphone service where I live.

The price of the lodging is much too high, which is typical in Lodging today. They did not have a breakfast menu, like they did in the past, but instead a buffet that cost 17$.

Good biz hotel near airport. Welcoming staff. Good gym & pool. Club lounge food & drink perfect. Rooms are dated but very clean and comfy.

Ver convenient to airport and shuttle was prompt. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We got in late and there was no food or drink service open.

The place is in a great location with an excellent shuttle services. I have no cell phone service where I live, so they printed out my airplane boarding pass. There is an excellent restaurant at the hotel.

The TV did not work the night I stayed, but it did work the next day. The ice machine did not work the night I stayed. The refrigerator was hard to get closed at times.

The Sheraton is in location close to the Airport with an excellent shuttle service. A excellent place to park my car. A restaurant is located inside the Hotel and has excellent food.

Like most lodging today it is definitely overpriced for 1 night stay. There is no restaurants or stores nearby and no interesting places to visit

Nice hotel. Close to the airport and reasonable public transportation.

No breakfast and food was expensive here. Was bothered one morning by National Guard jets. They were a little slow in picking me up at the airport upon arrival; shuttle wait for either pickup or for travel from the hotel could be a bit long at times.

Location and indoor pool.

Staff seemed annoyed to interact with us at all points of contact.
