Hampton Inn Portland East

The location was nice and right near the freeway. The room was nice and the bed very comfy. Breakfast was good too!

Great location and friendly staff

Great location since we spent quite a bit of time along the Columbia River Gorge. Rooms were clean and beds were pretty comfortable. Breakfast had some decent options...we never walked away hungry. Pool and hot tub were great and our kids spent quite a bit of time there.

As mentioned, breakfast was good but missed some of the usual options of other hotels like chocolate milk (our kids were bummed) and the bananas were always way too ripe. And location was good but just across I84 to the south there were areas that didn't give off a very safe feeling. We never felt unsafe around the hotel which was nice but cops at the grocery store nearby suggested potential issues in the area.

The location was good. The hotel was very clean. The staff was great.

It was a close hotel to the tourists attractions we wanted to visit, comfortable and nice rooms. 5 of us stayed there and we had a good night.

It took more than 30 minutes to do the check in because the system was down and the guy who was in the front desk could not get us a key to enter our room... he was doing like 10000 phone calls

The room is clean and breakfast was good. Staff were fantastic. It's a good location if you have your own vehicle, close enough to downtown without having to pay downtown prices or deal with downtown dangers, but still close enough for day trips into the city.

My only complaint, was that I could hear everything tony thing that happened outside my room. It was almost as if there was a literal gap between the door and wall at places. I've stayed here before and don't recall that. Maybe it was just the 1st floor handicap accessible room they game me (their last room). OR Maybe they are doing renovations. Everything else was good.

The Hotel itself was very nice and clean. The breakfast was good. Room was very clean and nice

The beds were soooo uncomfortable in my opinion. I had a difficult time sleeping and woke up with neck and back pain. Also two out of the three times I went to the front desk for something, and to even check out there was no one available.
