The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Kitchen made it very convenient for a longer stay! Valet were very quick and front desk staff were very kind and accomodating. Outdoor courtyard was lovely and the firepits were perfect for cool weather. Breakfast buffet was convenient and tasty.

Shower was open concept with no curtains so you would get cold.

Staff is so friendly, accommodating and helpful. Teh valet service , while expensive is a wonderful offering and very convenient. The bar and restaurant were awesome; food was good and service fabulous!!

Only thing missing for me was a hot tub, but I knew there wasn't one and booked anyway.

This hotel is a good location, pet friendly with a very good kitchen. The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, there was good lighting. The courtyard is really a nice outdoor space to sit and enjoy the fire pit. There is a clean laundry room. Most of the reception staff were friendly and helpful. They could be more welcoming. Clark, the manager was the friendliest person.

There is breakfast from 7-10 am. The breakfast service staff is very efficient and helpful, especially Wanda. She greeted everyone in a cheerful manner. The hot dishes were not very good: overcooked and dry scrambled eggs, tasteless turkey sausage, tater tots, biscuit and gravy. The oatmeal was good. I made my own breakfast in the room. I did not eat at the restaurant in the evening.

The valet parking is a bit pricey. We thought parking was included with our stay. :(

I loved the hotel room. It was very spacious and comfortable and clean. Location was also great - easy to get around.

Staff was very rude. They couldn't look up my booking confirmation, and instead of working with me to resolve it, they told me and I quote "Im not trying to tell you that you're not supposed to be here, but you're not"

Fourth stay at this hotel. It's excellent. Stylish, modern, comfortable and spacious. The staff is unusually friendly and helpful. Breakfast is much better than most hotel buffets.

Handy for Union Station. Very large room with wide king size double and a good size sofa bed

Staff was helpful and friendly, especially Robert at the Valet station. Clean, well stocked rooms, comfortable beds, happy hour had great drinks and small bites. Breakfast was good as well. Good location, very walkable to local restaurants and breweries.

Wonderful facilities and staff! It's a perfect location for families on the go!
