Good location, not complicated
I was not satisfied with the accommodations, including the bedding, towels, and toiletries, and there was a bit of an odd, unpleasant smell in the room.

i couldn't open my windows this time because my room was too close to the smoking area outside :/

Ease of use/access/parking.
Easy chair missing bottom cushion. Garbage not removed for four days of no maid service; 5-day stay. No coffee service. No bath mat. Squeaky, sticking entry door and bath door. Microwave & refrigerator unplugged.

The location was perfect for what we needed. However, most people pick a stay where it is needed so does that even count?
Check in at 2pm? More like 3:30!!! Room wasn¿t ready yet. Phone broken. Emergency? Good luck!!! No exercise room or breakfast as advertised. Black mold around tub, staff are Indian and couldn¿t or wouldn¿t understand me. Better off somewhere else!!!!
