Extended Stay America Suites - Portland - East

Pros +

• We needed a place to stay for a week while we awaited closing on our new home. Having the ability to cook in our room saved us a lot of money instead of eating out everyday & also being allowed to have our dog stay with us was a huge bonus!
• The room with the house size fridge, big room, very nice shower.
• Location was prefect.

Cons -

• The hotel is noisy, the guests make the place unsafe, and the smoking area is next to the main entrance.
• The manager was very rude. I watched a few different potential customers walk away because of her behavior. I contacted the district manager regarding my stay there & the issues I had with her but am still awaiting a response.
• The car parked backwards in the handicap space with no license and a fake handicap hanging on his rear view mirror.
