- I didn?t get to check into the hotel bc of a traffic accident. The hotel is willing to give me a refund but I?m not sure what is holding that up.
- Very nice ocean view room. Great location. Easy to locate and close to shopping and a good choice of food options. Crabby Daddy was great!

- Just that my refund is taking so long. The manager was nice. They were understanding and willing to give refund. But I haven?t yet received it.
- Chose the room based on pictures advertised but didn?t get the room I paid for. Told the pics don?t represent the actual rooms.
