- The staff are professional, supportive and friendly. The convenience of having the dining room in the same building was also appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable.
- Location
- The hotel is located next to the river and features a walking trail. I enjoyed the convenience of having a restaurant and lounge within the hotel, as well as access to an indoor pool, sauna, and jacuzzi.
Cons -
- The heater/AC unit rattled violently when it came on. We thought that it was going to spark and catch fire. The toilet didn't shut off when flushed. Had to remove the lid to stop the water running. Walls are thin & neighbors could be heard all night.
- Our door to enter the room squeaked so badly we went out and bought some WD40 and oiled it ourselves. We thought there was a complimentary breakfast, but instead a voucher to eat at the restaurant at a reduced rate.
