- Location
- Was next to the Hood river brewery, which was walking distance for food.
- The location was great, and they did offer a very nice breakfast. Parking was easy and it felt secure.
Cons -
- Unfortunately our refrigerator and microwave in the room did not work. When I reached out to the front desk, they told me to check the plugs, and reset the breakers to no avail. I did all of the above and just lived with it.
- The hotel staff was not professional, clean or groomed. The breakfast was still not picked up from that morning we arrived at 10:30pm. Garbages were overflowing, the hotel has an odor, the lobby was not clean, there was hair in both beds between sheets.
