This Brookings, Oregon motel is a 4-minute drive to Harris Beach and 30-minutes to the Redwood National Forest. It features spacious rooms with free Wi-Fi and a cable TV. A clock radio and private bathroom are included in every simply furnished room at the Pacific Sunset Inn. All rooms are warmly decorated with carpeted floors and richly colored bedding. The front desk staff is available 24/7 at the Pacific Sunset Motel. Parking is free on site. Salmon Run Golf Course is 4.7 miles from the motel. Chetco Valley Historical Museum is an 8-minute drive away.

Pros +
- Retro aspect. Management was fantastic! Carport in front of the door.
- Large room & bathroom. Very clean. Easy to find.
- We were without power in Crescent City, so hot showers were great. Room was dated but looked clean and recently updated as they could.
Cons -
- TV onscreen instructions were in spanish.
- Tub didn't look as clean as it should. Could just be old. The bigger issue was that the tub was very slippery once wet. Nothing for traction. There were no safety bars and as a senior, it was an uncomfortable feeling to make sure I didn't slip and fall.
- Street noise.
