Very clean. Very friendly staff. The room was comfortable. The location was perfect for us.
The breakfast service, which was included, was inconsistent. The first morning it was exceptional, then the last morning it was not. Such a stark contrast-the food served on the last morning was minimal. You couldn’t say they didn’t give breakfast, but it was such a contrast to the breakfast. They served the day before that it was disappointing. In their defense, though, I believe they were short staffed as the front desk lady was working in the kitchen, trying to get everything out. It was not a dealbreaker as I would venture to say it was probably due to short handedness. In every other way, this hotel is exceptional.

Very clean, great water pressure, and water temperature in the shower. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly and helpful.
I was charged a 20% incentive charge on top of my original bill.

Location was perfect.
Lobby was dirty, seating was stained. Seemed to be short staffed and I would have thought that a hotel with an affiliation to Marriott would require front desk staff to wear uniforms rather than t-shirts and very casual attire. Lobby restrooms were locked and unavailable to hotel patrons. Although I had a confirmed booking, when I got there, the room (two queen beds) was not available so we were “upgraded” to a king suite. Two separate beds would have been preferable. The furniture in the room was scuffed and outdated, and the carpets were very worn looking.

I recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Tulsa South Medical District with my family for five days, and we had a wonderful experience! The customer service at the front desk was exceptional. Special thanks to Gene for providing us with excellent information about the area, and making our stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive. Our room was spotless, and it seemed like housekeeping even checked on non-cleaning days to ensure everything was perfect. This attention to detail did not go unnoticed. One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing breakfast prepared every morning by Elias. Not only did he ensure the food was fresh and delicious, but he also took the time to clean the dining area and check on each guest while they ate. His friendly demeanor and dedication to his work made breakfast a delightful experience each day.Although I tend to prefer newer, modern hotels, the outstanding service and amenities at this location more than compensated for its slightly dated appearance. My parents were particularly amazed by the quality of everything, and we all felt very well taken care of throughout our stay.Overall, Fairfield Inn & Suites Tulsa South Medical District provided us with a memorable and comfortable experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

BEAUTIFUL and CLEAN. Room and Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Staff was very SWEET and professional. I felt safe on the grounds and where it was located. Not too far from the Mall , restaurants. And entertainment.
Loved the hotel but the wifi was very poor. Every time I attempted to watch TV, the signal was lost. I had to keep turning the tv off and on. I also had an issue with the heater in the room. It was very noisy and seemed to possibly have mice scratching around it at night time. Thankfully there weren't any able to get into the room.
