- evening check in clerk was informative and helpful. he was prompt in changing out a nonfunctioning lamp fixture. hotel had a nice breakfast choice.

- I was put next to an exit that made it easy to get in and out of the hotel
Cons -
- Very outdated for a Holiday Express. No desk. No convenient plug ins for electronics. The elevator did not work.
- the room lighting could be improved. difficult to read book due to poor light. it would have been helpful to extend breakfast hour to 10 am rather than 9:30 am.
- No pool no hot tub as advertised also we had a room on the top floor and the elevator was briken
