- Great location
- Close to where we needed to be
- The bed was comfortable
Cons -
- Maids did not make up beds and bathroom floors were dirty
- Pool pump was broken so couldn’t use pool or hot tub, first night we couldn’t close the motorized window shade because the batteries were dead in the remote, 1 guy working and he didn’t have any batteries to replace them so we ended up putting the couch cushions up in the window to block out light so we could sleep, the next day a girl working switched out the remote from another room so we could finally close the shades that night
- Not one ice machine working in the building. Each staff member had a “different story “ as to why there was no ice. The pool and hot tub were both closed for some non existent ongoing repairs.
