SpringHill Suites by Marriott Oklahoma City Quail Springs

I asked for a quiet room and it was in a great location. Comfortable bed, spacious room, good lighting and good breakfast. The staff were great!

The heater/ac only had one level, even on low it was blasting air and a bit noisy, so I had to turn it off at night. Windows don’t open. Bathroom is very tight when opening the door to go out.

Great location, lots of restaurants nearby, staff was nice. The room was good.

Breakfast could have been better. One of the waffle irons wasn't working right.The toilet in the room seemed very low.

The overall hotel was great. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Location was good. Close to a lots of food places and shopping.

No soap for wash hands, elevator doesn’t work properly, whenever we used it, we thought it would get stuck.

The only thing was we heard a lot of traffic noise at night.

Not up to normal Springhill Suites standards. Didn't seem as clean, ice only on floors 3 and 5. First night, wasn't able to get a full bucket of ice. Stains on the sofa. Loud A/C and too short breakfast hours. 9:00 is too early to end during the summer and on a holiday weekend. Breakfast staff were not friendly and didn't fill outages after 8:45 AM. Immediately turned off lights in breakfast area a few minutes before 9 AM. Family's around us were told they were out of milk so the kids had no cereal, eggs not replaced after 8:45, no regular coffee creamer. Just a real disappointment. I won't stay here again.

Location was great, the facility was good.

The front desk staff did t speak to me other than to ask for my drivers license and that was it! I asked if I could add my Marriott Bonvoy number and she didn’t want to so it wasn’t added …I didn’t like the non working elevator, only one was operable. I was disappointed with the lack of towels, I was a solo traveler and they only gave minimal towels with no fresh towels the second day. The floor had not been vacuumed and there was debris all over the floor, otherwise clean.

Could not find reservation because it was listed as my last name first, should have found it by reservations number and either first or last name. Room was dark, lighting was terrible.Bathroom dirty. Could not find our party that was booked was not booked and it was. The reserved room for family party did not have air conditioning, was broken. Only one elevator was working.

Property is showing it's wear. Sheets did not fit at all and were a problem for both of us all night long. Get sheets that can be tucked in. Pad under sheets moved around and bunched up because sheets couldn't be tucked in to hold it down.Carpet colors are nasty.Really the bathroom is too small.

The staff were friendly and as helpful as they could be. There were several issues guests were complaining about but they remained patient and kind. The room was large and comfortable.

Only one elevator was working the entire stay which caused delays and lines waiting to go up and down. Our key never consistently worked. We had to go to the front desk 4 times during our stay to get them reprogrammed. Even then they still didn't work so we just made sure that someone was in the room to let others in/propped the door open. Observed several other guests experiencing the same key issue. Only one ice machine was working for the whole hotel and there were ants in our room.
