They charged me even tho I had already paid booking.com even with a confirmation slip I couldn’t get in my room

Room was very coldA few HBO and movie channelsVery comfortable beds which is a big plusThey keep the grounds picked upStaff was good about fixing the magnetic keys when they blanked out.They do door to door trash and linen pickup. Housekeeping is top-notch. They really have excellent service for housekeeping. No pet fee. That is a huge plus. This is a decisive factor. There is no carpet in the room.If you need to extend they can keep you in the same room.

They need to mop the stairs and sidewalks. Sometimes dog waste gets tracked down the walks and sidewalk. It would also be a good idea to power wash the walks and parking lot maybe once a month or so. The exterior walls and lot were dirty. Do not walk barefoot.Wifi in rooms kept lagging out. Sometimes it disconnected. It seemed like wifi was overtaxed sometimes by too many users or something.TV channels would periodically have signal interrupt for a few seconds to a few minutes, but it always resolved. Mirror in our room was broken and missing a large piece. Needed to be replaced. A dog had chewed on the shelf holding the refrigerator before we checked into our room. No functional impact but not the most asthetically pleasing to look at.

The location is excellent. There are a few restaurants across the street and next door to the hotel which makes it convenient for travelers to find a meal close to their room. They do not serve breakfast.

Online it states breakfast is included with your room but this location has no breakfast.

The location is perfect. Close to airport and close highways.

The internet was a disaster. In fact, it was the slowest Wi-Fi I have ever seen. What! I couldn’t even check my mail, I had to use my phone internet. The room smells like a smoke shop! Dehhm! I wanted a “non smoking” room. But the room smell more cigarette than a smoking room! They were bunch of insects

I didn't care for the homeless people in the area. Other than that it was a comfortable nice stay

Good location, friendly staff, adequate parking near your room, spacious room, fridge and microwave.

The bed was literally the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on in my entire life.
