- Extremely dated.
- There is black mold in bathroom shower, rotting around access door for plumbing, sand burrs all over property. My dogs could not use grounds. We had to take them almost to the street as to wouldn't get burrs in thier feet and fur. The carpet was freye
- Carpet was dirty; Chair needs to be replaced; Did not use Shower/Tub - needs to be replaced; Bedding did not look clean but had no choice but to sleep in the bed, threw top bedding on the floor; Continental breakfast toast coffee OJ milk cereal
