Courtyard by Marriott Oklahoma City North/Quail Springs

Friendly staff at desk. Loved the food at breakfast as it was cooked to our liking. Heather was excellent in the Bistro in the mornings with the other guy that was with her. We always ate dinner out or had Dominoes delivered, but did eat at the Bistro one night due to being to tired to go out. The evening cook was always full of smiles and greeted us with a warm welcome. The chicken wings were outstanding and my husband loved the chicken bacon quesadillas. We ate an early dinner out on a Sunday night as we wanted to stay in and watch some NBA. By 8:15 pm we wanted a snack. The BLT & fries were awesome. Loved how just walking through the hall going or coming from our room in mornings and early afternoon, the housekeeping staff always greeted us with a friendly good morning or good afternoon. my husband and I stayed 13 nights due to his having lots of doctors appointments. With long stay, the housekeeping staff always emptied our trash for us when we took it to them or left it outside our door, they were kind enough to ask if we needed more TP or clean towels. We did have a bear a few nights during our stay. I was so pleased to see the virility they had. Thank you to EVERYONE at the Courtyard Marriott Quail Springs location in Oklahoma City, OK for making our stay feel like home. Final note: We stayed in room 211. I love how almost every time we got off the elevator on our floor and walked by the beautiful gate that looked down into the lobby, the people at the desk would wave to us with a smile. We live in Tahlequah, OK. Every months we return around the last week of the month for Chiropractic appointment in Edmond. We like this location the best for restaurants and shops. We have two other hotels we like in the area as well and like rotating. We’re definitely going to return to this one again.

Not. thing we didn’t like except, it would be nice to see more plants, greener shrubs and a working fountain outside. ?

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect.

The Starbucks was shut down, the pool was closed, and the bathroom tub had rust in it. But overall a easy in and out hotel

Location and quiet.

Pool was closed, I was really wanting to swim. Restraunt was closed. No free coffee or breakfast was offered.

The room was accomodating and clean. Bed was soft as were pillows.

1st it was not noted on their website that the pool/jacuzzi would not be available. 2nd the ac never really got cold. 3rd the TV u could not move and I understand why but it was located on a pull out shelf right next to where the ironing board was in a cabinet. Could not see the full tv from the bed.

Spacious room. Good amenities (workout room). Good breakfast and friendly staff.

Hotel was very clean! Is currently under remodel in areas, can't wait to go back to see end results. Has a great indoor pool and whirlpool hot tub as well. Really enjoyed our stay. Will be visiting again

Bed was comfortable. Thick mattress, clean quality sheets. Flat screen, fridge, microwave and good quality coffee. Shower was hot, towels adequate.

Discoloration in bathroom floor grout.
