Cons -
- Terrible service. We booked a room in March - 2 x queen beds & sofa bed. Arrived at hotel in September to find that the room only had 2 queen beds. Complained to reception to be told that room type overbooked & nothing they could do. Asked for additional room so we all had a bed - refused to give us one unless we paid another $149 (despite the hotel being half empty). Offered us a folding bed which had to be put in front of the bathroom. We asked about a refund so we could go elsewhere - denied. Hampton speak about making guests 100% happy - Guaranteed; an absolute joke! Spoke to April, the GM the next morning who said she wasn't able to help. Why have a manager if they can't manage? Finally offered $20 discount, which is insulting. Avoid this hotel as service is awful & I'll not be staying at Hampton hotels in future.
