Cons -

No one was ever at the front desk. Of real concern is that the internet is NOT protected by a password. Anyone can access it and wreak havoc on guests using it if so inclined.
Yes the Tv was difficult to use, it took 2 remotes, and it would never go to the channel you choose. The same for the internet, difficulty to use. Also, one of the storages draws was broken.
