- Bed Mattress was like sleeping on the floor. . Terrible idea also the main entrance didn?t work and the staff wasn?t even polite enough to help by holding the door as they watched us with our luggage. Terrible customer service.
- Staff needs to be more aware & attentive (our room service order was forgotten & never entered) & room phone didn¿t work. Pool shower had algae around the bottom tiles & floor, needs cleaned better. Overall was nice hotel.
- Water pipes banged when shut off.
