- The staff was really friendly
- Location was great as we were going to a concert at the Blossom. Also close to the town of Cuyahoga and the Cuyahoga National Park with Brandywine Falls. Staff was awesome and the hotel is very clean. Complimentary Breakfast and Parking.

- Being Real picky but the bathroom sliding door can be a bit tricky to close.
- Due to medical emergency i did not make the reservation and nobody at the hotel could help me cancel my trip and recive a refund so I lost almost 180 dollars of my hard earned money. It was absolutely devastating and uncalled for
- Our bathroom door closed automatically and we got locked out of it so we had to keep a towel at the door so it wouldn't happen again

Nice and clean

The spacious room
Our bathroom door closed automatically and we got locked out of it so we had to keep a towel at the door so it wouldn't happen again
