Cobblestone Hotel & Suites - Russells Point at Indian Lake

Excellent location. A little expensive but it does have nice pool and breakfast that was nice in the morning.

Price a little steep.

The hotel appeared clean in terms of the floors, bathrooms, beds. The staff was friendly.

The water temps for the shower and the sink were luke warm at best. The staff stated they were aware and had been having issues for several days but hadn't called anyone in to fix it yet. I wonder how they were properly washing dishes, doing laundry, or washing their hands before prepping breakfast without hot water!? Speaking of breakfast... The hotel was accommodating multiple wrestling teams at the same time and even though they knew in advance, they were not prepared with food in the morning. No pancake mix for waffles, ran out of syrup, had no sausage patties, did have a pan of gravy but no biscuits, coffee was empty, juice machine wasn't working, eggs had a green tint... shall I go on? Also, our total per our paper receipt and our Booking.com payment amount were matching, but when the charge came through on my card it was approximately $20 more than I should have been charged. I'm still trying to figure this one out!

Could have used a chair to lounge in besides the desk chair. Access to water in the lounge was limited to when breakfast was available.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room itself was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.We only had a very short stay but we'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying in the area.

The lady that checked us in was so nice and helpful! I couldn’t have asked for a better check in. Cleanliness is super important to me when staying somewhere and this hotel didn’t disappoint. The whole hotel was super clean. The area felt safe and peaceful. There’s some walking trails behind the hotel that we enjoyed after being stuck in the car for hours. We also loved that you could get coffee anytime!

The beds are very hard, it's supposed to be a brand new hotel but it didn't look like it on the inside. They still have old time coffee pots and hot water in lobby, had carpet in the room instead of hardwood floors, their bathroom was old fashion bathroom with bath tub and the bath tub was so slippery we had to put a towel down so we wouldn't fall.

Needed more handicap parking. Breakfast in my opinion was horrible..cold coffee and the bagel i tried to eat tasted like it had sit there for weeks (individually wrapped)
