Pros +
- The room itself was nice. Its right next to the Ohio Turnpike and had dinning/food options around it. Far enough away from the busy part of rt 250 so it made driving easier.
- the room size
- The staff was absolutely wonderful.
Cons -
- Shower had dirt in the corner & mold growing behind the shampoo, conditioner & body wash. They also brought out the paperwork and charged me a $75 fee for my Doodle to stay with us. They assumed she wasn't a service dog.
- the sheets had stains and no pillows for the pullout couch/ there were blood stains on tub and on sheets provided for pullout couch.
- There were two very loud very drunk women in the hot tub
