Tru by Hilton Mason King's Island

Pros +

• The room was clean and at a good price.
• I love the location because its close to Kings Island and I think for the most part it's a clean hotel.
• This hotel has been updated and is very modern and clean. Rooms are typical for a hotel. Price and location are excellent. A/C unit was CRANKING out the cold air!!! Pool was refreshing. Love the window BLINDS as opposed to curtains that don't ever close.

Cons -

• I have been double charged for the room. Said it was removed but the charge has now cleared the bank account. The man at front desk in the morning was sleeping over in the corner of the breakfast area face down at a table with a pillow and space heater.
• Staff was terrible! Room service did not make our bed when we were away or give us a clean room with lots of towels. Instead we were left with 2 towels.Very disappointed with the front desk. The front desk lady was crying in the bathroom. It was a mess.
• No drawers or closets in rooms, pillows were light, flimsy and NOT comfy.
