Pros +

Rooms are spotless, landscaping and pool are lovely.
It was very clean and it was nice having the courtyard area with patio area.. There was also a deck across the street with adirondack chairs to sit and enjoy the view of the lake. The staff was very nice.

Cons -

Unbelievable amounts of cigarette butts, used ashtrays, bird feces, spider webs and dead bugs on the property, particularly on the back side, as well as in the lock ledges of the windows. No laundry facilities for guests and spotty Wifi. I could go on...
The wi-fi wasnÂ¿t working. They gave us another to use but didnÂ¿t always work. When we researched online it said the hotel offered breakfast but it did not. The cable stations on the tv did not work as the hotel said they were in negotiations.
