Back to Columbus and had to stay here again. Great beds, shower, and the breakfast is so good. Front desk girls were very nice. Good location close to lots of shopping.

I come every May to the early television museum in Hilliard. This is an excellent location for me. It’s right near the interstate 70 and it’s in a quiet area. Been coming here now 5 different times.
I don’t have dislikes.

Amazing hospitality as we walked in. They offered complimentary water bottles which is a nice touch. Our room was exceptionally clean, lots of towels and good body wash. Bed was comfortable and heater/air worked very well. Happiest I’ve ever been staying in a hotel.

Rooms were clean
We booked the hotel for the pool and the bar/grill restaurant. There was no pool it was filled with cement and turned to a storage room. The bar was also closed for the whole weekend and they said you can bring your own bottle. There also wasn't a restaurant.Around 2:30 on the first night there was yelling and running thru out the halls.

Very comfortable bed. The pillows were great. The furnishings in the room were new and tasteful. There was a keurig machine for coffee. The room was clean. The air conditioning control was set appropriately so it didn't feel like a walk in freezer and the unit was quiet so it didn't wake me in the night.
The water pressure in the shower was so terrible that taking a shower was almost impossible. Since I didn't find this out until the next morning when I was departing, nothing could be done about it to correct the problem, so I just told the staff at checkout.

The location was great, especially for the price. Beds were super comfy, and check-in/check-out had already been taken care of. well definitely be staying again!
