After reading the reviews, I was really nervous. Upon entering the hotel I was greeting by hotel employee and after voicing my concerns she assurd me that she was there to help me with all my needs. In Summary, the room was very clean, the location is great.
The staff was great and the location was perfect. The bed and pillows were very comfortable for me.
Very helpful and patient front desk staff.

Cons -

Like other complaints, the room was very warm, and the temperature control does not allowing switching from heat to air conditioning. Tabitha sent a fan up right away which solved the issue.
Having an overhead light, it felt dark in the room at night.
Ac was not working, ice machines not working
