- My daughter’s room had clearly not been cleaned. The Front Desk was told and when we returned later in day it was still dirty so they moved her to a clean room. When asked why it wasn’t cleaned she was told they had no one to clean it.

Very clean, location was great. The shuttle from Car rental & then to the Airport.
We had no heat in our room. It would not work. The highest the thermostat got was 63 & it was 8 degrees outside. We did not ask to be moved because we got in late that evening.
