As always, very clean, the rooms are great, have 2 beds and the breakfast is THE BEST!!
The elevator in the hotel wasn't working, yes, I understand that it is a possibility that things break. However, my co-worker has a hard time with stairs and when I asked the person at the desk he showed no interest at all in trying to help us with any type of solution. He straight out said "The elevator is broken", which I already knew. The person at the counter didn't even apologize or offer a discount or anything at all. I do love Hampton Hotels, I believe they are the best and when I travel I plan to stay at Hampton. This visit though was very disappointing especially when you chose Hamtom over what my company offered me.

Loved the pastries and the coffee and keyless check in. the decor on the lobby was nice too, Friendly staff at breakfast. Room was very clean
The bed was a little too firm and no windows that open so no fresh air- had to run the AC as the room was too hot but it was 37 outside. Felt a bit stale and stuffy

Our room was on the first floor and upon entry around 4:00 p.m. the first day and check out at 9 a.m. the best day, the room had a “sticky” feeling. Don’t know if this was due to the AC being older or what. Served it’s purpose for a sleep after a concert at Ohio Stadium.
