Bathroom faucets were oddly awkward to use. Wall mounted soap dispenser over bathroom sink was too high

Great location. Clean, friendly and easy parking

The room was spacious and clean. Had a nice desk and a long bench for luggage. Also had a chaise lounge chair.

The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were spacious, and the location is great.

This is a very old, retrofitted property. It is not the quality I’m used to when staying in a Holiday Inn Express. It’s just kind of dingy all over. They use those ultra white LED bulbs throughout the property, which are so unnatural and really make everything look depressing. It’s so easy to buy the warm LED bulbs for the same price. The floors in the common areas of the hotel were dirty and needed to be mopped. The rooms were clean, but not much effort was put into the finishes, so they just looked messy. The staff were very friendly, but this property needs a major facelift before I would stay here again.

Great location in a nice neighborhood with restaurants in walking distance. Everything was clean and well cared for.

I was not a fan of the parking situation, and having to park off the property. I was also not aware until I arrived that I would have to pay $12.00 for parking on top of the $170. plus cost of my room for 1 night. : (

The location is amazing.

The hotel rooms are always dirty in some way. This time(my third trip) there was a red stain on the ground and pencil drawing on the closet. The lights in the bathroom always take a good 5-8 seconds to turn on after you flip the switch.
