It is a reliably good hotel with a great location. The hotel is quiet and the views from rooms on the back side are wonderful. The shower is delightful!
It is getting a little worn. Carpets need some attention.

Great place to stay. Loved the studio room. So well equipped and great attention to detail. Really nice gym.
The breakfast was a bit limited and too bad plastic plates/cutlery

The location is great and the customer service was great.
The room had cosmetic issues that madness feel like I wasn't getting my money's worth. The shower head was making the water pressure way too high and making water leak out of the shower all over the bathroom floor. There were loose handles on some of the fixtures and scuffs on the wall from previous guests. Also the Chromecast feature on the TV didn't work no matter what I tried. These were minor inconveniences that didn't ruin my stay, but just made it feel cheaper than what I paid for.

Great Stay and location! Room was spacious and updated and CLEAN. Nice to have an updated shower with HOT water and pressure. Kitchen was a bonus-we did not need it all but would be great if you had kids or stayed longer. LARGE swivel TV was great too-staff was friendly and helpful too!
Breakfast was ok. Did not refill items throughout the time frame so much of is was already empty. Also out of to go coffee cups which was no ideal. Wish they offered bottled water in the room.

Location and quality of hotel
Booking.com was terrible with customer service. Tried to cancel my 1st day of reservation 48 ahead but was told they had to contact property. No response and property canceled my reservation and charged me as a now show. Fortunately manager at property handled it professionally. Will not be using Booking.com as the customer service and website navigation are terrible.
