The location was nice. We stayed for an OSU game, and it was 20 minutes from the stadium. It was very nice for the price and location, considering it was a game weekend. Felt very secure. The guy at the front desk gets a 10/10 for customer service.

Quiet and calm place for a stay. Staffs were very friendly and helpful, especially Nealesh went all out and ensured that we were comfortable. We will stay whenever we are in Columbus.

Staff are friendly
General manager Neal Bhavsar is rude and unprofessional. The hotel is not renovated, it is under renovation. I was disturbed with a sudden and enormous noise as if there was drilling of the door of the room in which I was staying. I complained to the GM but he said that he doesn't care. No apology nor compensation. Certainly not in line with your moto "get your money's worth"

Location was good. The front desk team was fantastic. Very nice and had a sense of customer service.
It was run down and a little dirty. The shower drain kept falling out.

Staff was very pleasant. Free breakfast was good - lots of choices from muffins, yogurt, bagels to scrambled eggs and sausages, and even waffles. Convenient and safe location. Hotel was very quiet. Nice gym with treadmill and some other equipment. Rooms were clean and everything worked. Overall, was a good choice for my wife and I for a two night while visiting family nearby.

Check in was easy even late at night. Lobby was clean. Room was clean.
Hot water was running in the shower. It would not turn off. Breakfast was OK. Basic pastries, only powdered eggs. No other meat. Limited choice of breads. Limited fruit. I was charged more than what I booked for. It was minimal, but I was disappointed there was an additional charge. The room was hot upon arrival, but the air cooled it down quickly.
