Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Columbus West, OH

The rooms were comfortable and the staff at the front desk were extremely helpful, especially when we had issues checking my parents into their room. The hotel was in a great location as it was right around shopping areas and plenty of places to eat! I would highly recommend this place

The room was well kept & looked clean. Bed was ok, extra pillow is nice.

There were ants everywhere tho... in the elevator, at the pool, in our shower, in our bed, in our bathroom, everywhere. This place tries to fine you for everything. We were charged $60 more than we booked for, but I was too tired to argue with them about it. We cleaned our own room thoroughly before we left because we were afraid we'd get fined for something we'd overlooked.

The hotel was very nice and well maintained! The room was clean, and the continental breakfast was good as well. I would have preferred some thicker pillows on the bed, but that wasn’t a huge deal by any means. Overall, a great stay!

Staff was rude. Gave us a handicap room which I did not reserve . They insisted I did . The bathroom was horrible. Every time anyone would take a shower the whole bathroom would be flooded because the water just flows right out to the bathroom where there is a drain . Not in the shower but the drain is on the middle of the bathroom floor . And it would not work ! So we used about 8 towels just to soak up all the water . It was gross. The older lady and man (I think was the husband ) didn’t care . They just insisted I booked a handicap room . I had my confirmation on my phone showing I booked a regular room . The man blamed it on the booking.com . No compensation at all . Also they were rude to my husband when he went down for breakfast with my 2 kids . Wouldn’t let them bring me food to my room . And they close the breakfast at 930am on the weekend! I booked this for $120 and at check in they made me pay an extra $90 for my kids because I failed to put how many people in the room . So with tax I paid $230 which is crazy ! Definitely not worth it ! Do not stay here ! Bad customer service. Too bad it’s not corporate owned or I would write a email to corporate offices . It’s franchise . If I knew that I would never have booked there .

The rooms were spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. They allowed early check-in. Good size TV and fridge. Decent breakfast. The pool area had open towels available to guests. Spacious pool. Right next to interstate so lots of food and gas stations near you.

The only suggestion that I have is at the pillows were tiny.

I rarely call a breakfast bad, but this one was. Sausage, eggs and potatoes tasted nasty. Tossed them and had cold cereal. Room was basically clean but there was a musty smell in the bathroom.

Breakfast was good! Rooms were very clean! Staff was friendly as well. I liked the area it was in, felt safe.

I don’t have any constructive criticism. My stay was good!

Could use better options with pillows; they were all soft with no support. Bed was relatively comfortable though. Walls were a little thin; could hear people in the next room pretty well. Also, a ceiling fan and light in the bed room of the king suite would be nice; kind of dark in there, and the ceiling fan would help circulate air better.

Room was large and beds were comfortable. Shower was large and water pressure was good. Breakfast had a nice selection and the property was clean. They also had an indoor pool.

Upon arriving it was very warm inside the hotel lobby and hallways. When I entered my room is was very hot and the temp was reading at 88 even though the thermostat was set at 75. It was difficult to get the room to a comfortable temperature.
