- The guy who checked us in was very polite and helpful. The hotel was right across from Rocket Mortgage and we were going to a basketball game our last night

Cons -
- Internet: WITH password, could not connect; Tiny, beat up bathroom; Door was broken- very loud b/c it did not close properly; On busy street across from parking lot- no soundproofing VERY LOUD; MANY of the pillowcases were really scratchy.
- I reserved a room for two nights but I did it in 2 transactions. I paid for valet the first night and when we went to check our last night the guy who said he was the manager tried to charge me again for the first night. I showed him the receipt
- The lobby was extreamly cold. One elevator was out and was not told about a second elevator until check out. Wouldn?t have helped anyways it only went to floor 6 and ours was on 7
