I’ve traveled all over the world, and this was truly one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed at. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and it shows. The entire hotel and my room was impeccably decorated, spotless, cozy, and quiet. The linens were high quality, and everything smelled amazing. The staff couldn’t have been kinder or more attentive, even to my dog. The restaurant was also a standout. I enjoyed it so much, I ate there twice. I was only passing through, but my experience was so wonderful I’d happily find a reason to come back to Cleveland just to stay here again.

Great location, amazing decor, service and location. Our 16 and 17 year old girls (and us) loved this hotel so much! We will make it a point to stay again when we’re in Cleveland.

Good location, clean
We were locked out of our room . They couldn't get the door open until someone fixed a battery. So we had to go to a different room while our stuff was locked in our room until about 3am ?. Some girl tried to get in our room at 8am but we ran her off. Probably won't be back.
