- The lady that checked me in had a slight attitude when I mentioned I had a paid pass for parking. She told me that it did not apply and that I needed the in and out pass. My daughter felt she was being passive aggressive in her tone and interrupting.
- It was advertised there was a free breakfast and confirmed with the front desk but then the breakfast place wanted to charge me
- This is supposed to be a 4 Star hotel... But it's more like 2.5. The bed was so hard, the coffee was INSTANT (chunky and clumped up, at that), no microwave or fridge, the hairdryer was broken and dirty, the room was stuffy because of thermostat placement
