- The staff.
- Everything -- from the moment I walked into the hotel to our room, it was great! Quiet. Slept very well. Staff were very friendly and helpful. This was my second stay at the hotel.
- Friendly staff evening and morning--the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The cleaning plan was clearly explained.
Cons -
- The TV was basic and not a smart tv like other hotels I stayed at. The Toiletries were not supplied properly in the room had to ask for them.
- It was very clean, had a great fitness room and the best breakfast spread I've ever seen in a hotel!
- The breakfast buffet eggs and biscuit were disappointing. Noise from guest's room the first night
