Pros +
- The location was perfect and it was pet friendly
- Hotel was clean, staff was great and it was easily accessible to the U of Akron.
- Hotel Staff and some Management have remained over the past 4 years which is a good sign of consistent quality management. Pet friendly is a plus since this is our standard mode of travel.
Cons -
- Not a fan of Hilton corp making some inconsiderate cost saving measures which reduces the Hilton Garden Inn brand to sublevel Express type hotels. While the general ambiance remains, removing breakfast included while raising the room rate is bad business.
- mostly everything. Please take note that the pool and hot tub is closed. the elevator got stuck, rude staff; make you feel like your bothering them. the worst attitudes. Rooms were dirty, beds dirty bathroom. false advertising take your chance elsewhere
- Room cleaning could improve.
