- No breakfast( should have), No chair, no hot water/coffee, no tower, no shampoo , no garbage cans, , bad toilet flush, dirty bed sets etc.
- Quality was very poor Very dirty, rooms uncleaned, room 340 was very small nothing worked such as hair dryer and no breakfast that was paid for was never provided,room cold front desk staff was very rude and didn't care to assist when told him my issues
- There was only one bath towel in the room. No handtowels, no washcloths. The one towel was dirty and used. Went to the desk to ask for more towels and was told they would bring them to my room. They didn't, it says online breakfast is included. Was not
