- Misrepresentation of accommodations. Customer service not satisfactory. Broken phone and bedside reading light in room. Certain front desk attendants very unhelpful. Dirty surroundings on hotel property. Front desk would not pick up when called.
- My room window was open and they did not properly lock.
- Stupid is this may sound I just supposed to have vending machines closer on the floor to the rooms I had to go to the front desk. I did not plan that and they ran out of Coke. All they had was diet and Sprite lol other than that 9.9 rating out of 10.

Dogs barking all day and night. All close Parking for hotel including 15 minute check in parking given to the restaurant instead of guests renting rooms. And forced to cart everything from the farthest parking lot up hill about 1/2 mile+.
